With over 30 years of experience in architectural lighting design, façade lighting, and landscape lighting, Hassan Bahadori is recognized as one of the most influential lighting designers in Iran and across the Middle East. As the Founder and Managing Director of RGE Lighting Design, he has led more than 3,800 lighting design projects, transforming the way cities, landmarks, and buildings are experienced after dark.
Known for his poetic approach to light and space, Hassan Bahadori views light not only as a tool for illumination but as a medium of storytelling—bringing architecture to life, evoking emotions, and creating memorable urban experiences.

Hassan Bahadori is an award-winning lighting designer with an international career spanning over three decades. Based in Oman and originally from Iran, his work blends deep technical expertise with a distinct artistic vision. His passion lies in uncovering hidden beauty through light—whether illuminating ancient fortresses, modern hotels, or urban plazas.
He is the founder and Managing Director of RGE Lighting Design Co., a firm behind hundreds of large-scale lighting projects across the Middle East. Prior to this, he built and led Roshangaran Electronic Arast in Iran for nearly three decades.
Hassan Bahadori holds a Master’s Degree in Architectural Lighting Design from Hochschule Wismar University in Germany.
Bahadori believes light can transform ordinary space into emotional experience. To him, lighting design isn’t just technical—it’s spiritual. His approach is rooted in curiosity, wonder, and a search for meaning. He draws inspiration from cosmic forms, natural geometry, and the silence of nature.
